The customer needs to temporarily deactivate the Jive securlet when upgrading from one Jive release to another.
To temporarily deactivate the Jive securlet when upgrading from one Jive release to another:
Login to CloudSOC using your administrator credentials.
Open the Elastica Store by clicking Store in the left side navigation bar.
In the Store, go to the Securlets area and click See All near the upper right corner.
locate the tile for the Jive securlet.
On the Jive tile, click Remove .
CloudSOC prompts you to confirm by entering your primary domain (as shown on the Settings > General tab). Enter the domain information and click Remove . CloudSOC displays a message that the Jive Securlet has been deactivated.
