Software and Hardware Inventory are not populating even after running Full inventory

Full Inventory tasks indicate that they are running successfully on clients but neither software nor hardware inventory fields are been populated in the Resource Manager.
When viewing the machine information in the Resource Manager there are no dataclasses fields generated.

Corrupted WMI
When enabling the Verbose Logging, in the targeted machine, it is possible to see the following issue, related to WMI:


To enable the verbose logging in a client machine, follow the information on How to configure logging on the Notification Server and an Altiris Agent computer


WMI must be recreated.

That is a task that the Microsoft Team needs to address.

As soon as the WMI is able to run queries, and show the needed information, the Inventory process will run without problem.
