Issue/Introduction

Registering a Cloud Secure Web Gateway (Cloud SWG, formerly WSS) account logging in to the Cloud SWG Portal for the first time.

Resolution

Requirements: 

• A Subscription ID, provided in your Welcome Email via Symantec. 
• A Primary Administrator email address. The Cloud SWG account will be tied to the account associated with this email address.

Once the data is available you can register on the Cloud SWG portal:

https://portal.threatpulse.com/register

Fill in the form and click Register:

If the registration process fails please contact support to validate that the subscription-id you have received in email matches the Cloud SWG subscription id.
