Since Chorus Software Manager (CSM) is now EOL, what is the best alternative to maintain my products ensuring they are at the latest maintenance level? 

Resolution

The recommendation is to use SMP/E Internet Service Retrieval to maintain your Broadcom Mainframe products. This new delivery method uses the IBM SMP/E RECEIVE ORDER command to acquire Broadcom/CA Mainframe product maintenance over the internet by securely submitting an order for PTFs and HOLDDATA to a remote server.
