We are planning to restrict the use of the SYSMAIN utility in the Natural development environments.

Does CA Endevor Integration for the Natural Environment (EINE) use the Natural SYSMAIN utility?

Resolution

Yes, EINE uses the Natural SYSMAIN utility to copy and delete Natural objects and SYSMAIN is also used in the PNATDEL processor.

If using Natural Security to restrict the use of SYSMAIN, then the Natural Security logons set up in the EINE processor and the EINE Server task must be granted authority to execute the SYSMAIN utility.
