Issue/Introduction
When attempting to Install policy in Visual Policy Manager (VPM) an error message appears.
Error committing Management Console changes so VPM policy installation abandoned.
Cause
This is a Java issue.
Resolution
End the "jp2launcher.exe" process (Java Web Launcher), and reopen the Management Console / VPM.
