"Internal Server Error" when running LiveUpdate in Unified Management Console.

Issue/Introduction

While using Data Center Security (DCS) 6.7 MP3 you select the check for updates button found in the Unified Management Console (UMC)  in the Settings | Liveupdate | Install section. You receive the error "Internal Server Error"

Internal Server Error

Cause

The check for updates button is deprecated and no longer causes DCS to check for updates.

Resolution

It is no longer necessary to check for updates. The Symantec Security Virtual Appliances (SVA) do this automatically.
