Issue/Introduction

Update SSL Visibility (SSLV) firmware. 

Resolution

The firmware can only be updated from the SSLV appliance Command Line Interface (CLI) via the following steps:

1. SSh or serial console into the SSLV appliance.

2. Enter the "CLD" Interface:

sslv_4_x-x-x86_64> enable

sslv_4_x-x-x86_64# cld

3. Execute the "bios update" command, and it may take up to an hour or longer for this process to complete:

admin> bios update

IF YOU CHOOSE TO CONTINUE, FIRMWARE UPGRADE WILL START AFTER REBOOT
THE UPGRADE PROCESS MAY TAKE UP TO ONE HOUR TO COMPLETE
THE PROGRESS IS SHOWN ON THE SERIAL CONSOLE AND THE LCD PANEL
!!!!!!!!! DO NOT INTERRUPT UNTIL THE UPGRADE IS COMPLETE !!!!!!!!!!
