When using Explicit Proxy access method, switching from a WSS protected network to an unprotected network redirects to a authentication login page.
This issue is caused by the PAC file trying to still connect to our service. When it can't find the location IP address in portal, it will redirect to the "Roaming Captive Portal" login page.
To resolve this, simply close out the browser(s) affected to clear out the PAC file settings.
