SpanVA Email Suggesting Backups are Not Configured

Issue/Introduction

SpanVA admins receive an email when the nightly backup fails.  The message suggests that the backups are not configured. This message could be confusing.

Environment

SpanVA

Resolution

Check the list of backups in the SpanVA console to determine if the backup occurred for that day.
A manual backup can be created. 
If the manual backup fails check the FTP location or rights.

The Email notification in the future will suggest that the backup failed for that day and how to troubleshoot,
