Management Center

SNMP settings have been configured, but an SNMP walk from a remote server is not working.

SNMP remote read access is disabled by default.  This can be enabled from the CLI:

  • SSH to Management Center
  • Enter enable mode
  • To enable snmp read access, use the command: snmp enable-remote-read-access

This change will not be reset after a reboot.  If you wish to disable it, you can use the command: snmp disable-remote-read-access
