CloudSOC administrator wants to import or export users using a .csv file.
To import users and groups from .csv files:
In CloudSOC, on the top panel click Users > Users or Users > Groups as applicable.
CloudSOC opens the Users & Groups page to either the Users or Groups tab.
Near the top of the tab, click “Import”.
On the “Import” panel that slides in from the right, click the “Get Template” link.
Use the template to build a .csv-formatted spreadsheet containing the users or groups you want to import.
When you import users, you can automatically create groups and assign users to them. To do so, add a group for a user in the appropriate column of the .csv file. CloudSOC automatically creates any group that does not already exist. You can import selected users as CloudSOC administrators by specifying a valid access profile in the “Access File” column.
Click the yellow box and navigate to your .csv file and click “Upload File”. Or drag the .csv file into the box and click “Upload File”. CloudSOC imports the users or groups from the .csv file and displays a green banner.
Check the email account that is associated with your CloudSOC admin account for the email from CloudSOC. The email tells you the status of the import operation and alerts you to any errors in the file or operation.
To export users or groups from CloudSOC to a .csv file:
In CloudSOC, click Users > Users or Users > Groups as applicable.
CloudSOC opens the “Users & Groups” page to either the “Users” or “Groups” tab.
Near the top of the tab, click “Export”. CloudSOC emails a link to a .csv file that contains the groups or users to the email address that is associated with your admin account. CloudSOC also displays an alert banner.
Check the email account that is associated with your CloudSOC admin account for the email from CloudSOC.
Click the link in the email to download the .csv file containing the users or groups.
