Issue/Introduction

Share a CASB (CloudSOC) reporting dashboard with another Admin within the tenant

Cause

You can share copies of your custom reporting dashboards with other CloudSOC Admins. Those Admins can make changes to their copies and can also share them. The changes made to those copies do not affect your original dashboard.

 

Resolution

To share a reporting dashboard, do one of the following:

• When viewing the dashboard, choose Options > Share a copy of this dashboard
• When viewing the list of all CloudSOC reporting dashboards in the actions menu for a dashboard choose "Share a copy of this dashboard"
• Dashboard access is per-user based. Therefore, the access level stated in "All Dashboard" section cannot be modified.
