Issue/Introduction

Upgraded Security Analytic to 7.3.2 build 50795, all LDAP accounts unable to login.

Login attempts generate 'Reason Code=1' For LOGIN_FAILED.

Resolution

  • The password had not been encrypted using the new method
  • Need to re-enter the Bind Password to use the new hashing method
