The Reach Agent cannot connect to the API server when the Symantec Unified Agent is also installed and active on a client machine. The Reach Agent is stuck in a continuous “Connecting…” status and not go into "Active" status. |
The CloudSOC Reach Agent supports interoperability with the WSS (formerly Blue Coat ThreatPulse) Unified Agent. To use this interoperability, you must configure the following domains as “Bypassed Sites” in WSS/ThreatPulse:

For the EU cloud:
You configure “Bypassed Sites” in the WSS ThreatPulse portal at Network > Bypassed Sites > Bypassed Domains​.
