Issue/Introduction

Unable to successfully validate the signature using a USP server.
Using a local key to sign and verify works.
Here are the command used for functioning and non-functioning scenarios.

Working:

pgp -b test.txt --signer [localuser] --passphrase [password]

pgp --verify test.txt.sig --verify-with [localuser]

Not Working:

pgp -b test.txt --auth-username [USPaccount] --auth-passphrase [passphrase]
--usp-server [USPname] --signer [MAK]

pgp --verify test.txt.sig --auth-username [USPaccount] --auth-passphrase
[passphrase] --usp-server [USPname] --verify-with [MAK]
