Input Validation Does Not Work on the Network Interface Settings Page

Issue/Introduction

When editing the Network Interface Settings of the Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) it is not possible, initially, to add an Inline IP address that resides on the same subnet as the Management IP address.  After inputting an IP address/netmask that is on the same subnet as the Management IP, switching the "Scan Mode", and then switching back, it becomes possible to save the settings.
