Issue/Introduction

The Symantec Endpoint Manager Database (SEPM DB) entry in Advanced Threat Protection is no longer listed.  Attempting to re-add  the SEPM DB to ATP fails due to the following error "Record with same IP Address and Port already available".

Cause

The SEPM DB entry listed in ATP's configuration database has become corrupted.

Please contact Symantec Technical Support for assistance with this issue.
