Procedures DCDCONTL, DCDSRVR, DCMMAIN, and DCMSRVR

Looking at the documentation for Data Content Discovery, 

I noticed a reference to some STCs they refer to that are in the CFEYPROC dataset. 

Namely (DCDCONTL, DCDSRVR, DCMMAIN, and DCMSRVR. 

None of which are in my PROCLIB, where can I find  DCDCONTL, DCDSRVR, DCMMAIN, and DCMSRVR?

The 4 procs FEYCESCP FEYCTRLP FEYDMAIN FEYDSRVR delivered in the CFEYPROC dataset

 

If you browse them you will see they are actually the 

DCDCONTL, DCDSRVR, DCMMAIN, and DCMSRVR procedures.
