Opened Console > Actions > Software > Patch Remediation Center; highlighted APSB17-42, right-clicked and selected Download or Distribute Packages and found the process fails to download the individual Software Updates for this Software Bulletin.

This issue was resolved in PMImport release 7.2.123 on 1/18/2018.
Open the Console > Home > Patch Management Solution; Windows > Settings > MetaData Import Task: New Schedule > Now > OK as follows to download the current version:
