The customer has Microsoft Direct Access set up with Unified Agent on the Laptop.
With Unified Agent enabled; remote connectivity services (Microsoft Direct Access) is being interrupted. It keeps trying to reconnect.
Microsoft Direct Access uses IPv6 only. Unified Agent only supports IPv4.
Some have seen success with UA while using IPv6 encapsulated in IPv4. However, at times they need to reconnect Unified Agent.
