Issue/Introduction

Symantec Endpoint Encryption (SEE)
Seen on SEE 11.1.2 and higher.
Lenovo Yoga 260 and 460 PCs.
Windows 10.

When SEE is installed on a PC that has Imprivata installed the SEE Single Sign On fails.
You must enter your password twice, once at the Pre-Boot screen and again for Windows logon.
The passwords are the same.
CTRL+ALT+DEL will not sync the passwords enabling SSO.

Resolution

On the PCs with Imprivata installed, do the following before installing the SEE agent.
If the SEE agent is already installed, decrypt and uninstall, then follow these steps.

1. Uninstall Imprivata.
2. Install the SEE agent.
3. Reinstall Imprivata
