Receiving the following error when attempting to access a web site.


Unable to save content type: An access token is required. Please send one through the HTTP Authorization header or as the query parameter *access_token*

Cause

Information on the website requires you to have an access token to view or edit the information.  

Environment

Web Security Service

Resolution

Contact the site webmaster regarding the error.

 

Workaround:

Add the destination to the SSL Interception Exemptions list in Web Security Service (WSS) portal

 

  1. Login to the Portal Account by going to https://portal.threatpulse.com/login.jsp

  2. Select: Service> Network> SSL Interception> SSL Interception Policy> Add Rule

  3. Add the destination in a new Rule
