Article ID: 170564
After installing a language pack on a Windows 10 client computer with Endpoint Protection 14 installed, Windows 10 does not start.
There is a compatibility issue between Windows' Usermode Font Driver Host (fontdrvhost.exe) and the Endpoint Protection Application and Device Control driver (sysfer.dll).
This issue is resolved in Endpoint Protection 14 RU1. Upgrade to resolve this issue.
