Issue/Introduction

This article provides guidance on how to set the Symantec Management Agent (Sym Agent, SMA) communication to use TLS 1.3.

Resolution

To configure TLS , in the SMP Console you would need to open Settings > Agents/Plug-ins >Symantec Management Agent > Symantec Management Agent Communication profiles. Then select SSL certificates are defined for current profile > Edit and select the versions which you want to use:
