After installing or refreshing a Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition (SEP SBE) agent you may see a message that your Antivirus protection is expired

This is a temporary state until the product activates and will require no action from the end user. The activation process can take up to 5 minutes depending on network activity. In rare cases on Windows 10 Fall Creator's Release (RS3), you may be presented with a popup that will present the end user an option to select the renew option. You may click OK to allow the activation process to complete.  Clicking the renew option may present a new user interface window to enter a PIN. You may dismiss this window and allow the agent to automatically complete the activation process.
