Issue/Introduction

I want to know which version of CAS is customer running from provided troubleshooting log.

Where do I look for which version of CAS is running from troubleshooting log?

Resolution

  1. In troubleshooting log, go to:
    • data > bluecoat > clp > clp-version.current
  2. You will see something like this:

VERSION="2.2.1.1"
ID=CAS
VERSION_ID=2.2.1.1
