Issue/Introduction

Upon upgrading SEDR 4.x, the web interface does not appear correctly after the first login. The Incidents page and many other may be blank.

Cause

There maybe be cached data that the web browser is trying to load.

Resolution

Fully clear the cache in your web browser for the ATP/SEDR web page. This is can be done by holding down the Shift key while clicking the Refresh button in most web browsers.
