Issue/Introduction

The keyboard is non functional at Encryption Desktop bootguard when it is connected using a USB 3.1 port.

Cause

USB 3.1 and USB 3.0 are not supported at bootguard.

Environment

  • Encryption Desktop Drive Encryption 10.3 and above.
  • Windows 10.
  • UEFI BIOS.

Resolution

Connect the keyboard to a USB 2.0 port.
