Issue/Introduction

You use the Web Console to connect to and log on to Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager 14.0.1 (14 RU1) with the supported browser Mozilla Firefox. However, you notice that when you click Cloud to load that tab, it does not load.

Cause

Firefox lacks a required browser exception for https://server_ip:8446, where server_ip is the IP address of the server that runs Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.

Resolution

Follow the instructions on the following page to add a browser exception for Firefox:
