Issue/Introduction

When modifying an agent to change the agent group we are unable to given an error message:

no user defined group exists

no user defined group exists

Cause

The agent group that was created does not have an agent configuration assigned to it.

 

Resolution

  1. Go to Agents > Agent Group
  2. Select the agent group and assign agent configuration
  3. Go to Agents > Overview
  4. Select an agent 
  5. Select change Agent group
  6. Select the agent group to change to.
