The FROM address specified did not exist as a mailbox.


Set an address that exists as a mailbox in the system.
  1. Browse under Settings > Software > Software Portal Settings > and select Software Portal Settings.
  2. Under Email notification settings, under the common e-mail address:, set an address that exists and has a mailbox.
Note that you need to do this even if you choose the option "Sender's individual e-mail address (if defined).
