You want to contact technical support for Endpoint Detection and Response Cloud.


To obtain support, please open a case via My Symantec, phone, or chat with Symantec Support.

If you do not have a My Symantec account

  1. Go to the Support page.
  2. In the top menu bar, click Register.
  3. When the Welcome page appears, click the Create an Account tab.
  4. Complete the form with the necessary information and click the Create Account button.

    Note: You may be asked to enter your Support ID (SID) during the registration process. You can find your SID on your e-Fulfillment Letter provided to you by Symantec. If you are unsure of your SID, please contact our Customer Care team to assist.
