To obtain support, please open a case via My Symantec, phone, or chat with Symantec Support.
If you do not have a My Symantec account
- Go to the Support page.
- In the top menu bar, click Register.
- When the Welcome page appears, click the Create an Account tab.
- Complete the form with the necessary information and click the Create Account button.
Note: You may be asked to enter your Support ID (SID) during the registration process. You can find your SID on your e-Fulfillment Letter provided to you by Symantec. If you are unsure of your SID, please contact our Customer Care team to assist.
