Issue/Introduction

Task Server installs but it is never able to host endpoints (allow to register client machines to itself).

Pending work processing skipped because of paused activities.

Environment

ITMS 8.1 and later

Cause

Ports 50123 and 50124 were blocked between the site server and notification server.

Resolution

Test if port is open with telnet between the Task Server and SMP:
telnet <serverip> 50123
telnet <serverip> 50124
