A different ISTag is generated for all instances of SPE 7.9

Issue/Introduction

A different ISTag is being generated though all SPE instances are sending the ICAP OPTIONS requests with the same service name, and using the same policy, license, and definitions.  

Expected Result:

Same ISTag value should be returned in ICAP OPTIONS response from all the SPE instances.

Resolution

There is a hotfix available for this issue.
