Issue/Introduction

Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) login returns ErrorCode 0x10010000.  Clicking the Home, Monitors or Reports tab returns a blank page.

Cause

ODBC is failing to establish an SSL connection to the SQL Server.
