Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition (Cloud)

Issue/Introduction

The Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition cloud (SEP SBE) agent displays error message 3039,1.  The error may be present after running LiveUpdate or restarting the system.

Symantec Endpoint Protection.cloud has encountered an error: 3039, 1

Resolution

As of 3/7/2018, SONAR release 11.4 is now globally available via LiveUpdate, and contains a fix for this issue.
