VIP Administrators can be added to a new or different Admin group through VIP Manager. For example, admin user JOHN DOE is part of the HELPDESK group. Editing the Administrator Group allows adding or removing group members.
VIP Manager
Log into VIP Manager, then navigate to Account > 'Manage administrator Groups'. Click MODIFY next to the group name.
Add or remove administrators from that group by selecting the administrator(s), then moving them using the arrows.
