[Include subfolders] option does not work properly when exclude ' /' folder in exception policy for Linux client.

Issue/Introduction

If folder exceptions policy for Linux client has following settings, SEP for Linux client excludes all content under '/' and does not detect EICAR test file in any folders under '/'.

• Prefix variable: [NONE]
• Folder: /
• Include subfolders: Unchecked
• Specify the type of security risk scan: (any)
