When the GetSharedSecret process uses the activation code to generate the Token ID, error 19969 occurs on the device

Code=19969 "Internal Error" (4E01) 


This occurs if the request does not get a response from the VIP Service. Check connectivity to the URL while provisioning the credential from the mobile application. If connectivity does occur from the device and the request is reaching the VIP Cloud, please open a case with Symantec Support and allow them to check the state of the Activation Code in the VIP Cloud.
