Issue/Introduction

The username field in the "more" section on a block page from an HTTPS website is blank.  

Cause

In order to properly be able to display the username information, we require the HTTPS traffic to be intercepted.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, please verify the following:

  1. Ensure SSL Interception is enabled in portal (Service > Network > SSL Interception Tab)
  2. Verify the site and IP of the destination you are seeing this issue on is not in your "destinations" section in the SSL exemptions list.
  3. Verify the IP address or location you are coming from is not in the "sources" secion in the SSL Exemptions list.
