How to change the language of the Support Automation console for the analyst?

Is it possible to change the Support Automation console language?


Service Desk 14.1 and above


It is possible by setting the user preferences to the desired language, this needs to be done to each analyst as follows:

Before launching the console, go to the view menu and select "Preferences", click on edit and change the localization language displayed in "Support Automation Analyst UI Localization" and select the desired language, then proceed to save the changes. After this when ever Support Automation is launched the language selected will be displayed.
