DLP Agent List is blank

Issue/Introduction

System > Agents > Overview shows there are agents 

However, when going to System > Agents > Overview > Agent List

No agents are listed.



 

 

Cause

Enforce console Logged on user account does not have the correct permissions or is corrupt

Resolution

Delete and recreate the Enforce user login.
