Issue/Introduction

After installing VIP Access Mobile, PUSH notifications are not received on the watch. 

.

Resolution

  • The phone and watch must be paired. If other devices are paired with the watch, temporarily de-pair them for troubleshooting.
  • The version of VIP Access must be supported. Please update to the newest version of VIP Access through the App Store or Google Play.
  • Notification settings for VIP Access Mobile must be enabled.
