Issue/Introduction
After installing VIP Access Mobile, PUSH notifications are not received on the watch.
.
Resolution
The phone and watch must be paired. If other devices are paired with the watch, temporarily de-pair them for troubleshooting and re-pair them.
The version of VIP Access must be supported. Please update to the newest version of VIP Access through the App Store or Google Play.
Notification settings for VIP Access Mobile must be enabled and allowed in the Watch application settings and on the mobile device.
