When running IT Analytic Reports user sees error "This page can't be displayed"
Some users may be able to run reports, while others can't This page can't be displayed
DNS / Networking settings
Edit the IT A Configuration Settings for Reporting Services.
Settings > All Settings > Notification Server > IT Analytics Settings > Configuration
Update the Report Server Virtual Directory to include the FQDN of the server.
Choose the correct Report Folder Name again, and click Save.
The Reports should start working for the users that were not able to access them.
