Issue/Introduction

Scheduled Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) scans do not run as expected on Macs

No error messages. Scheduled scans simply do not run at the scheduled date/time.

Mac OS X, macOS

Resolution

This is fixed in SEP 14 RU1 MP1. To resolve this issue, download and install the latest version of Endpoint Protection.
