When provisioning/integrating CASB the customer receives an error message "The CASB audit integration and provisioning failed. Change your configuration OR call support."
Using the Threatpulse Portal, navigate to: Service>Account Maintenance>CASB Integration the customer must select the Data Storage Location; Months of data to track; Company domain and Integration ID.
Most common issue is the Integration ID is incorrect.
Contact support, provide the Customer Name/ID. The support team can provide the correct Integration ID to finalize the Provisioning/Integration.
