Issue/Introduction

The CA Data Protection iConsole Standard search can be configured to include the Policy column in the search results set.



When the Policy column is displayed in the iConsole search results I sometimes see the entry "multiple" (See example below) which is not the name of a policy.  What does this mean?

Resolution

The policy column displays only one trigger name with high severity when there are multiple triggers fired. In case there are multiple triggers with same severity, first one in the order will be displayed. 

 

Where you have multiple triggers under the same policy class and severity these will display in the Policy column as "Multiple".
