When going to the Team Status page, a team member appears twice as seen in the first two lines of the image below. There is only one user with this display name in the subscription, how did this happen and can it be fixed?

The team member Leila, as shown in the second row has 2 tasks assigned to them. Note that the coloration of this row is slightly lighter in color, or not as bold. In this example that user was removed and then re-added at a later date to the subscription with the same username and display name. To repair this issue the 2 tasks that are associated to Leila in the second line need to be opened and the assigned user removed then re-added back to those tasks under the current, active user account.
