Issue/Introduction

Attributes for Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Endpoint incidents are not displaying, and you see the error "Custom Attribute lookup failed".

Cause

In this instance, the Script Lookup Plugin is the cause. The LDAP lookup works as expected.

Resolution

Disable the Script Lookup Plugin and perform the lookup again. The attributes should now be visible.

Additional Information

It may be necessary to troubleshoot the Scripted lookup to verify why it is failing. In the above example, the path for the script needs to be updated.
